  16. THE IDEA OF VOICE OVER :-

  19. The main idea of this part of the magazine, is for you to read, and 
  20. think about a topic.  You can then write in with your own views
  21. and comments.  Each month, or when ever I have time, I will be 
  22. introducing YOU the reader to a topic, that either I have chosen, 
  23. or that of a reader, like yourself has chosen.  
  24.  
  25. You can write in and suggest a topic, or even write an article like
  26. the one you are about to read, about your subject.  The chances are
  27. that it will end up in this fine publication, and other readers
  28. will write in adding comments and ideas.
  29.  
  30. Basicly, "Voice Over" is talk radio in a magazine format !  Those 
  31. who have their local talk radio stations will know what a good 
  32. thing talk radio is.   Now the idea comes to "The Third Dimension
  33. Disk Magazine".

  35. Remember to put "Voice Over" on the envelope, before the address,
  36. if you send anything in.

  44. Not much time to do an article this month, so I will just
  45. introduce you to things you could talk about, and comment on.

  48. Public Transport Privatisation  Do you think that the governments of
  49. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~  countries should run the transport
  50.                                 systems ?  After all, with the
  51.                                 problems of traffic in many places
  52.                                 around the world, surely we need 
  53.                                 a public transport system that 
  54.                                 runs effectivly, and should be
  55.                                 cheap to travel on.  Maybe 
  56.                                 you think private companies provide
  57.                                 this anyway ?
  58.  
  59. Vegetarian Way of Life ?        Do you think that humans should
  60. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~        eat vegetables, rather than killing
  61.                                 for meat ?  Or do you think it is
  62.                                 natural ?

  64. Is Technology un-social ?       With technology advancing, do you
  65. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~       think we will stay in our homes,
  66.                                 and not go anywhere, playing 
  67.                                 Virtual Reality games, shopping
  68.                                 from home, and communicating
  69.                                 via the computer keyboard ?
  70.                                 The future certainly looks
  71.                                 as though people will start 
  72.                                 to use the computer more and
  73.                                 more at home, rather than going
  74.                                 out (even working from home).

  76. Telivision - Does it

  78. make us aggresive ?             Is there too much violence
  79. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~            on T.V, making us, especialy
  80.                                 children, aggresive ?  Or
  81.                                 do you think it does not effect
  82.                                 anyone ?

  91.                                 technology taking over peoples
  92.                                 jobs, will the computer take 
  93.                                 over ?, or maybe they will
  94.                                 create more jobs ?

  120. much crap in all my life.How long did it take you to come up 
  121. with this rubbish? Take it from me,there are no Aliens and no
  122. U.F.O's out there.You are obviously suffering from T L H -
  123. Temperal Lobe Hallucinations caused by elctrolyte imballanced
  124. electrical charges.

  131.                 on in the UK, since I wrote the article in 
  132.                 November, that all say there must be something 
  133.                 to the sightings.  Maybe the sightings are 
  134.                 just natural or human objects, but you can't
  135.                 ignore something that thousands have said to
  136.                 of seen.

  142. This is more common than you may think regarding UFO's landing
  143. and making contact.Over 4 million Americans havve made contact 
  144. with the alien race called the 'Greys'.Many of these Americans 
  145. are walking around with probes in their brains inserted through
  146. cartilage in their noses.After a lot of studying i have decided 
  147. to create a 3D game on this subject called UFO-The Greys.I have 
  148. sent a demo copy of this game to go onto the Third Dimension 
  149. video and i may include a demo for the diskmag.With all the 
  150. sightings in England and around the world everybody can't be
